| Creator Terrain Studio (CTS™) is MultiGen-Paradigm’s large-area terrain authoring product. CTS is a stand-alone application whose sole purpose is to produce terrain databases in an automated or “batch” mode. CTS has advanced the creation of high-fidelity large area synthetic environments by delivering unique production and workflow features that customers in the business of building terrain databases for visual simulation applications require.
CTS provides five of the six primary functions needed for terrain database generation: terrain mode tessellation, imagery generation (for draping over terrain models), 3D cultural feature projection, verification and database publishing. The sixth primary function, 3D modeling, will continue to be provided by MultiGen Creator.
