 The entire teams were flown in from all regions such as Delhi, Pune, Chennai and Hyderabad including Bangalore to "Kadavu Resorts" in Calicut. The focus of this meet was planning for the year ahead and also realign and chart out the company's business plan for the coming year.
Each team presented their goals and directions to the management and also shared experiences about the previous year. This getaway also served as an interactive forum for employees from all regions. And, not to forget, there was loads of fun and frolic. The entire team indulged themselves in activities like swimming, walks, team activities, local visits, shopping, backwater boating, billiards, table tennis and not to forget therapeutic ayurvedic Kerala Massages. There was a special performance of ancient martial arts display too.
There was the annual awards presentation felicitated to all employees who have completed 5 and 10 years respectively. Top performers won themselves exotic holidays to Malaysia and Thailand. There was memento's galore for all regions who achieved their targets and actually overshot them. This is what EDST'ites are made of, beating our own set standards year after year.
