Presagis announced the release of Worldwide database (WWDB) for use with Presagis CDB-enabled COTS tools, the Presagis Worldwide database is a synthetic database of the world in the open Common Database (CDB) format, delivered on a 250 GB hard drive.  WWDB provides a baseline CDB dataset that can be used ‘as is’ or enhanced with a higher degree of visual representation and detail.  Because WWDB is designed to be highly extensible and scalable, users can work with the existing content and define higher resolution areas as well as seamlessly add and refine zones around the globe.
