  • FLOWCast will predict and minimize flow-related defects such as misruns due to premature solidification, or oxide formation or mold erosion due to excessive velocities during filling.

Parametric driven die design - VAMOS
VAMOS from T-systems has been developed under the V5 software community program by Dassault Systemes. A CAA V5 application system which is completely integrated in CATIA V5; it is an ideal solution for the process chain of die design.
  • VAMOS is a die design development tool used with the CATIA software suite which can help the tool and die design department.
  • VAMOS helps you create pre configured components viz dies, cams, standard parts and working units such as steels, buttons and punches.
  • VAMOS is available in two modules one for the Conventional die design and the other for Progressive die design.
  • With VAMOS the designer is able to concentrate his know how completely on the definition of the numerical, geometrical or topological parameters.
