Shrikanth C Mehta (Chairman)

Mr. Mehta is the founder and CEO of Combine International, Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of fine jewelry, since 1974. He holds Bachelor and Master Degrees in Electronics from Case Institute of Technology and Wayne State University, respectively.

Over the last 30 plus years, Mr. Mehta has founded many companies in Manufacturing and IT field such as:

• Deneb Robotics, (1985), sold to Dassault Systemes, (since then renamed to Delmia)
• Netlink, Inc. (1997), a provider of web hosting and Internet professional services with revenues of $ 40 M and 1000+ employees;
• POM Group, Inc. (2000), developers of DMD based tooling with revenues of $ 20 M;
• I*Logic, Inc., an engineering services company providing integrated solutions and a shop floor focus with revenues of $ 10 M;
• LenderLive (1999), a state-of-the-art mortgage fulfillment backbone organization with revenues over $ 20 M.

Mr. Mehta serves as a director of these and many other corporations. He also serves as a director of Caprius, Inc. and TeleTech Inc. since June 2004. He is also on the board of Pontiac Hospital.

Mr. Senthil Shanmugasundaram (President)

Senthil graduated from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore in BE (Mechanical) during the year 1985 and did his Masters in Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, New Jersey, USA between the year 1987-1989. He specialized in CAD/CAM engineering.

He started his career as a design engineer with a company called TEXTOOL, where he worked between 1986 and 1987. On his return from US after completing his Masters he joined HCL in the CAD/CAM division taking on a very important role. He worked his way and grew in the company across various departments such as Technical Support and eventually marketing. He worked with HCL between 1989 and 1995. His deep understanding of the high-end CAD/CAM requirements of the industry from the technology, user and commercial point of view, convinced him of an emerging paradigm shift and a new business opportunity in the area.

Senthil co-founded EDS Technologies in 1995 and played a key role in developing new markets and creating partnerships for the company. He conceptualized CAD/CAM as a solution to help organizations implement their end-to-end engineering services successfully and has since been at the helm of some of the best corporate implementations in India. Under his able leadership, EDS Technologies has received the 'Best PLM Business Partner award' from IBM/Dassault Systemes, India for the past six consecutive years.

Mr.Karthikeyan Vardarajan (Director - Technical)

Karthikeyan Vardarajan graduated from GCE, Salem in BE (Mechanical) during the year 1986 and has an MBA in Marketing has a rich experience of over 21 years in the field of product development and CAD/CAM/CAE product support and services.

Karthi, as he is fondly known, started his career with the auto giant Ashok Leyland limited, the leading commercial vehicle manufacturer in India in the product development team in Chennai. He was actively involved in new design developments for passenger and commercial transportation applications. His other responsibilities included developing transmission parts for vehicles, implementing design modifications for field failures, to verify design conducted accelerated testing and assisting prototype shop for pilot production amongst others.

He held the position of the assistant manager - design in Ashok Leyland for a little more than 10 years. This was followed by a brief stint at BPL limited in Bangalore where he served as a deputy manager design following which he is currently working with EDS Technologies as Director-Technical. Karthi joined EDS Technologies in the year 1995 and is now responsible for the complete Technical team.

His current profile includes managing multi location technical teams in the areas of PLM and Real Time Visual Simulation product support. He also plays a major role in planning future business areas for the organization and prepare business plans and to ensure highest customer satisfaction in our support and services.

Ravi Kiran (Country Head - Sales)

Ravi started his career in Mini Tech Computer Services as a sales executive and moved to EDS Technologies after 1 year with them. Ravi joined EDS Technologies in the year 1995 and is now the country head of sales operations of the company.

A sales professional with 12 years of hardcore experience in Business forecasting, strategic planning, coordinating with external agencies and identification of new opportunities are his core strengths. At EDS Technologies, he has risen rapidly from the position of Sr. Sales Executive to Head of Sales, within a period of 11 Years.

A Bachelor of Technology in Electrical & Electronics Engineering by qualification, Ravi is a multi-faceted professional. From a dedicated Sales person he has climbed the corporate ladder very fast. As a part of the senior management team, he is currently working on innovative products and ideas to not only put EDS Technologies on a higher growth trajectory but also make a foray into new business domains by leveraging the core strength of the organization. A compulsive global business traveler, Ravi is an avid music lover and a voracious reader.

Prashant Pawar (Country Head - Marketing)

Prashant Pawar is a technology veteran with over 12 years experience of which he has spent close to 7 years in EDS Technologies. Prashant started his career with Nielsoft, a specialist engineering & technology Services Company focused on enhancing their client’s product/project engineering efficiency. After working for 5 years in Nielsoft, Prashant moved to EDS Technologies.
At EDS Technologies, Prashant has had exposure to myriad of roles. He started as Industry Manager managing & developing key strategic principal relationships, providing pricing support to sales, quickly moved on to Marketing for the following year. He was responsible to manage the overall fulfillment and maintain relationships with strategic alliances before taking on the responsibility of handling the National Marketing.

Currently he serves EDS Technologies as Country Manager – Marketing for India and is responsible to identify and develop new business opportunities in the PLM and 3D real-time visual simulation markets in the country. As a country head, he is involved in making new alliances and business partnerships to further expand the company’s PLM and visual simulation portfolio. To support his department activities and functions, he has a product marketing and fulfillment team spread across locations.

Prashant is a Mechanical Engineer. He is an avid listener of soft music and loves working out at the gym. He spends most of his time reading management magazines and loves watching movies.
